About Us:

The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high quality, low cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care. This work stems from Mass General Brigham’s unified system strategy to bring health care closer to patients while lowering total health care costs.

The Mass General Brigham Medical Group launched on March 1, 2023, as the new single management structure for Mass General Brigham employed community-based providers and ambulatory practices. The Medical Group provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, behavioral and mental health, specialty care, and urgent care, both digitally as well as at physical locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion across both states.

In the Medical Group, we share the commitment to delivering a coordinated and comprehensive experience across Mass General Brigham locations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Executive Director to lead multiple Specialty Service Lines across our North Region.


 

Job Summary

The Executive Director partners with senior leadership, physician leadership, and support services to provide strategic and operational leadership and align performance with organizational goals.


 

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Related Field of Study requiredMaster's Degree preferred


Experience

8+ years of experience in a progressive leadership role in a medical group or ambulatory operations required5+ years of experience managing large, multi-specialty physician practices required
