Lead and develop recruiting teams to strengthen capability, performance, and engagementFoster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvementTranslate business strategy and growth targets into actionable hiring plansDrive capacity and demand planning to ensure teams are resourced effectivelyCollaborate closely with Events team to plan, execute, and evaluate inclusive event staffing strategies, ensuring optimal resource allocation, successful event outcomes, and measurable return on investment (ROI).Use data and insights to inform decision-making and identify trends, risks, or opportunitiesOversee the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for Private Client Advisor rolesImplement process improvements and technology optimizations to enhance speed and qualityManage risk by ensuring hiring practices adhere to regulatory, legal, and firmwide controlsServe as a strategic advisor to leadership on talent trends and hiring risksInfluence senior leaders through clear, data-backed recommendations and partner across business functions to align hiring plans with organizational prioritiesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
At least 12 years of recruiting experience across corporate, agency, or financial services environmentsAt least 5 years of experience leading recruiting or talent acquisition teamsProven success leading large-scale hiring strategies tied to enterprise growth objectivesDemonstrated ability to convert business strategy into integrated hiring plansStrong fluency in data, metrics, and workforce planning toolsExperience driving operational excellence, including process optimization and technology enablementExcellent executive communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to senior leadersProven ability to manage risk and maintain strong controls in a regulated or matrixed environmentDemonstrated change leadership capability, including experience leading transformations or scaling teamsAbility to lead through ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver with discipline in fast-paced environmentsExperience managing cross-functional or cross-business recruiting programsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
At least15 years of recruiting experience, including senior-level or revenue-generating role hiringAt least 5 years of experience leading managers within recruiting or talent acquisition teamsAt least 5 years of experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services recruiting, ideally in advisor, licensed, or revenue generating rolesExperience owning or co-owning enterprise-wide or multi-year recruiting strategiesExpertise with advanced recruiting technology, CRM optimization, AI-enabled sourcing, or workflow automationStrong understanding of labor market trends, compensation dynamics, and competitive hiring strategies
