+ Logging of Product Quality Complaints (PQC) in the database (TrackWise).
+ Acknowledge the complaints to the complainants.
+ Providing the response letter to the complainant.
+ Reconciliation of received market complaints.
+ Review of Product Quality Complaint Investigation Reports (India Market).
+ Coordinate with other stakeholders involved in the complaint handling process.
