Executive Compensation Operations - Senior Associate
Join our team to support the administration of various executive compensation plans and programs! As an Executive Compensation Operations - Senior Associate within the Executive Compensation team, you will support compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in processes related to granting, administering, and distributing vested equity awards, deferred compensation, and/or processing employee stock purchase plans. You will collaborate with team members, managers, and other operational, product, and service teams across the global HR function. **Job responsibilities** + Engage in the administration and activity reporting of Executive Compensation products for senior level employees, including stock awards, mandatory and voluntary deferred compensation, and other grand-fathered non-qualified plans. + Support and/or lead the day-to-day operations of the employee stock purchase plan. + Collaborate with partners across the organization to ensure compliance with corporate policy and regulatory requirements, reporting, accurate and efficient transaction processing, improving operational efficiency and other activities as required. + Support customer service inquiries via research and providing data as necessary. **Required qualifications, capabilities and skills** + Basic knowledge of equity awards, deferred compensation, and employee stock purchase plans. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in operations. + Good communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills** + Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, or related field + Experience in executive compensation administration, preferably within a large corporation + Familiarity with global compensation and benefit practices JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
