Executive Compensation Coordinator

Based at the Emerson Global Headquarters in Clayton, Missouri, you will provide administrative and analytical support to the VP Executive Compensation Planning & Mobility and assist in day-to-day work activities within the entire Executive Compensation & Global Mobility Department.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Must be able to display solid communication with senior management at Corporate and across the Business Units
+ Executive Salary Planning for Business Units and Corporate Executives administrative duties, including maintaining personnel files and master files for all processes.
+ Maintaining and executing reports from the department software system
+ Management of Executive Compensation Department’s SharePoint Site
+ Other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by the VP Executive Compensation and other VPs/Directors in department.
+ Manage calendar appointments and meeting arrangements
+ Manage and process invoices related to US immigration, US taxes, Outbound US Immigration, Domestic and International Relocation Services and Health care benefits services ensuring timely payment and accurate record-keeping
+ Assist in designing and implementing a new process for future invoice management
+ Prepare bonus acknowledgements and personal profile validation
+ Prepare written documents and presentations
+ Strong focus on detail and accuracy of work

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Relevant professional work experience required, preferably in Human Resources, Information Technology, or HRIS commensurate with the level of this position.
+ Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and DB administration required.
+ Strong math skills required.
+ Flexibility, detail oriented, and strong organizational skills required.
+ Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Some higher education preferred
+ 5+ years professional work experience required, preferably in Human Resources, Information Technology, or HRIS.
+ Data entry skills preferred
+ Experience in tax coordination
