Executive Compensation Consultant

The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center. Our compensation consultants investigate various companies to analyze and extract actionable data related to compensation for our clients. + Research and analyze competitive compensation practices in a defined labor market with the support of expert colleagues as mentors. + Perform specialized research studies on a range of compensation topics with access to Aon's global data. + Analyze and interpret data and prepare summary reports for internal and external presentations. + Maintain and update compensation and financial databases to allow colleagues quick and reliable access to important information. A few skills that will help you succeed include: + Prior experience in executive compensation is highly valued. + Experience working with executive clients will ease your learning curve. + Strong quantitative and interpersonal skills, with a curiosity for learning. + Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint). + Creative problem-solving and ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced settings. + English level Proficiency C1.
