Our compensation consultants investigate various companies to analyze and extract actionable data related to compensation for our clients. + Research and analyze competitive compensation practices in a defined labor market with the support of expert colleagues as mentors. + Perform specialized research studies on a range of compensation topics with access to Aon's global data. + Analyze and interpret data and prepare summary reports for internal and external presentations. + Maintain and update compensation and financial databases to allow colleagues quick and reliable access to important information.
