Culinary degree or formal professional training from a recognized institution
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skillsStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost controlPassion for creativity, innovation, and delivering memorable dining experiencesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure luxury environmentProven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurantMinimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in high-end culinary environmentsStrong background in international cuisine and modern gastronomy techniquesCulinary degree or formal professional training from a recognized institution
