Apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production / Culinary ArtsMinimum 2 years of experience as Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a large-scale operationExperience in multi-outlet operations (fine dining, all-day dining, and banquets) preferredStrong practical, operational, and administrative skillsStrong leadership and team development capabilitiesCreative mindset with passion for culinary excellence and innovationSolid knowledge of international cuisines and current culinary trendsProven ability to manage costs, productivity, and food quality standardsStrong understanding of hygiene standards, HACCP, and food safety regulationsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environmentPrior experience in international hotel brands is an advantageFamiliarity with the Jakarta market is preferreda { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;}
