Responsibilities Manage and supervise dining services staff in the absence of the Account Manager. Provide guidance to ensure food quality standards, inventory levels, food safety, and customer service expectations are met.Assist the Account Manager in tracking income, expenses, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment.Train and in-service staff to meet HCSG standards. Conduct kitchen tours and quality assessments multiple times a day.Fill in for dietary aide, cook, or dishwasher as needed.Relay directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to HCSG staff effectively.Follow safety precautions when using cleaning solutions. Report equipment malfunctions promptly and ensure infection control and sanitation policies are followed.Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Complete assigned tasks on schedule and respond promptly to pages.Represent HCSG by following instructions, working courteously, and interacting tactfully with residents, staff, and facility guests. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; food service management/nutrition training preferred.2+ years of experience in food production, service, and staff supervision.Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required per state/county laws.Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and work for extended periods.Must relate professionally with healthcare facility executives and clinical staff.Must provide a criminal background check and maintain a valid driver’s license.Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, and/or customers.
