A great opportunity to join as a Executive chef at a Luxury 5 star hotel in Lisbon

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong, people-centered leadership, motivating and developing culinary teams across multiple outlets. Plan, organize, and manage all kitchen operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and consistency. Oversee cost control, budgeting, and financial performance to maximize profitability. Drive creativity and innovation in menu development and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

 

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a luxury or five-star hospitality environment. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a human-centered approach to management. Strong organizational and planning abilities, with solid cost management experience. Creative and innovative mindset, passionate about modern gastronomy and guest satisfaction. Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken). Flexibility and adaptability to different contexts and operational demands.

 

 

A strong understanding of Banqueting Operations and a creative and innovative approach are a must for this position.
