Are you a passionate culinary leader ready to take your career to the next level? Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic Executive Chef 3 to lead our culinary operations at Waters Corporation, a vibrant and diverse corporate campus.

 

What You’ll Be Leading:A thriving food program that includes:2 Cafés serving fresh breakfast and lunch2 Micro-Markets13 PantriesOffice Coffee ServicesRobust Catering Operations – including high-profile events like holiday feasts, summer BBQs, and family-friendly celebrations like “Bring Your Kids to Work” with Santa!  Incentives M-F 5am to 3pm, no evenings and 2 weekends a year What You'll Do  

As the Executive Chef 3, you’ll be the culinary visionary behind it all. You’ll lead a talented team including:

1 salaried Executive Chef (managing the second café)10 dedicated hourly team members

This is a hands-on leadership role (about 80% active in the kitchen) where you’ll:

Design innovative menus tailored to diverse tastesOversee ordering, inventory, and food cost managementDrive excellence in catering, with 20% focused on special eventsUtilize Sodexo’s cutting-edge culinary systems and tools What We Offer

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years   

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
