Sodexo has an opportunity for an Executive Chef 2 - Campus Dining to support our dining operations at Evangel University in Springfield, MO!

The Executive Chef is responsible for dining, retail and catering functions. Our successful candidate will have proven leadership experience, excellent customer service, promote a customer/client centered culture and improve partnerships. Ability to work with and grow a diverse staff, manage a busy catering schedule, and professionalism in client contact is important in this position.

What You'll Do Responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecastingEnsure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implementedDevelop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovationsEnsure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard complianceKnowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems. Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
