As the Executive Chef, you’ll be the culinary heartbeat of the operation, responsible for:
Menu Planning/ innovation – Plan menus for Breakfast and Lunch, Design seasonal, on-trend menus for catered eventsKitchen leadership – Manage and mentor a team of 6 hourly culinary associatesHands-on cooking – Be in the kitchen 80% of the time, leading by exampleOperational excellence – Oversee ordering, inventory, food and labor cost controlsQuality assurance – Ensure top-tier presentation, taste, and consistencyClient satisfaction – Deliver exceptional dining experiences for tenants and guests What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
