We’re looking for a passionate Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of our culinary operations, from menu creation and kitchen management to team development and guest satisfaction. What You’ll Do
Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth execution of food preparation, service, and presentation.
Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with local health regulations and hotel policies.
Develop seasonal and event-specific menus that are creative, cost-effective, and appealing to guests.
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager and other leaders to align culinary offerings with overall property goals and guest preferences.
Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive, productive, and collaborative team culture.
Oversee purchasing, inventory, and food cost control to meet budgetary goals.
Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure maintenance and safe operation of all culinary tools and spaces.
Respond to guest feedback and resolve any concerns with professionalism and a commitment to satisfaction.
Be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
Perform additional duties as required to support culinary and property success
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or in a comparable senior culinary leadership role.
High school diploma or equivalent; formal culinary training or apprenticeship strongly preferred.
Safe food handling certification required.
Strong understanding of food and labor cost controls.
Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret BEOs, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Experience in a resort, luxury hotel, or fine-dining environment.
