This is a rare opportunity to shape the culinary identity of one of the most anticipated luxury hotel openings in the UK. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations—from menu creation and food preparation to team development and financial performance. You will lead with creativity and precision, delivering exceptional dining experiences across our restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
