Executive Candidate Care Coordinator

Description

The Executive Candidate Care Coordinator manages the interview scheduling and pre-boarding process for all VP+ candidates globally. This requires an awareness of potential cultural differences. The Executive Candidate Care Coordinator provides white-glove service to all executive candidates, the incumbent will need to be able to critically think and provide quick and timely assistance when challenges arise. Assistance with international travel arrangements.

The Executive Candidate Care Coordinator will partner closely with the Executive Recruiting Team to provide executive level end-to-end support to candidates and hiring managers globally, including interview and executive assessment scheduling, candidate travel arrangements, and facilitating pre-employment activities with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and providing a positive Candidate and Hiring Manager experience. The incumbent will also partner with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Immigration and Global Mobility to enable us to deliver talent to support our mission and business objectives.

The Executive Candidate Care Coordinator may also support non-executive candidates with pre-boarding activities based on hiring volume.

• Support executive talent acquisition team in providing exceptional candidate care at the Vice President and above levels

• Serve as a Talent Ambassador and liaison to stakeholders and candidates, ensuring seamless scheduling, interview processes, candidate interview preparation and other key travel logistics

• Coordinate and schedule interviews and executive assessments navigating across complex calendar schedules

• Answer Candidate and Hiring manager inquiries using urgency and sound judgment to resolve problems

• Create and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and their administrative teams

• Monitor and maintain meticulous tracking of all logistics for open executive recruitment projects

• Maintain and reconcile expenses in Concur, as needed

• Support pre-offer/pre-hire activities: initiate and adjudicate checks, drug screens and employment verifications; partner with Global Mobility and immigration; provide seamless and positive on-boarding experiences to ensure new hires are fully prepared for their first day

• Identify opportunities to enhance executive talent acquisition processes to continuously improve candidate and hiring manager experience

• Support development of interview guides and supporting materials, schedule pre-interview briefing sessions and candidate review meetings; proactively manage communications with hiring managers, interviewer team members and candidates

• 3+ years of HR Admin/Executive Support Experience, with experience in Talent Acquisition preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $33.20/hr.
