Executive Assistant with German - EY Global Delivery Services

Your key responsibilities

 

As an Executive Assistant you will play a crucial role in a business by being ‘’right-hand person’’ of key company executives with tasks as:

 

Calendar management (scheduling meetings, conference and video calls), Preparing presentations and reports, Travel and Expenses arrangement for your Directors / Partners Understanding and recognizing the business needs of Senior Management representatives, Close collaboration with colleagues in Germany and Poland Various administrative and ad-hoc task

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

You are fluent in German language (C1 level) and English language You enjoy performing various administrative tasks  Excellent communications and organizational skills You are very proactive and open-minded You can work as individual contributor and within a team

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

Excellent communications and organizational skills  Customer orientation  Attention to details You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

Professional experience in administrative support Ability to self-educate and seek additional knowledge Strong communication and partnering skills with people of all levels of the firm Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines
