The Executive Assistant to the Director of Athletics is a full-time professional position reporting directly to the Director of Athletics. This position provides executive-level administrative support to the Director of Athletics in fulfilling their administrative responsibilities including but not limited to calendar management, meeting and event logistics, meeting support, handling routine office expenditures, and assisting with daily office operations in an efficient, organized, and timely manner. This position will oversee the daily administration for the Director of Athletics, Deputy Athletic Director, and Executive Senior Associate Athletic Directors, and coordinate executive team schedules for meeting and project management. Position will coordinate travel for the Director of Athletics, Deputy Athletic Director, and Executive Senior Associate Athletic Directors for various appearances, events, functions, and media obligations throughout the calendar year. Position requires extensive coordination and collaboration with numerous internal and external constituents including the University’s Office of the President’s team and other university executive assistants.
