Minimum Qualifications:
HS Graduate or Equivalent GED3 years of experience as an Executive AssistantProven experience coordinating complex travel arrangements, including frequent bookings for Government Relations-related travel to locations such as Tallahassee and Washington, D.C.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple travel itineraries and last-minute changes.
Highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and the dynamic nature of Government Relations work.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support evolving scheduling and logistical needs
Healthcare experience highly preferred
