We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation aircraft.

This role is onsite in Bell Fort Worth, Texas headquarters.

Quality and EHS Team, Executive Assistant

The team is responsible for product and process quality as well as Environmental Health and Safety across all of Bell. The EA for this team will support the Department VP and up to 8 various team leaders.

What you’ll be doing as Executive Assistant – Quality and EHS:

· Effectively manage calendars, email correspondence and schedules utilizing Microsoft Outlook.

· Ensure prioritization of schedules and activities align with the priorities of the business.

· Centralize key administrative tasks including, but not limited to screen and direct phone calls; order, track, and maintain departmental office supplies and catering orders; process invoice payments and maintain purchase orders.

· Facilitate conference room management, departmental PC coordination, safety pause and offsite events.

· Assist VP and leadership in the preparation of both domestic and international travel arrangements and processing of expense reports.

· Daily demonstrate a high level of attention to detail necessary to support a successful team.

· Coordinate visitor requests and events

· Take on various ad hoc tasks and projects, requiring the ability to accept new challenges and prioritize work appropriately.

· Support special projects and assignments, including departmental and company engagement and charity initiatives.

· Maintain flexibility to the fast-moving needs of the business

Skills You Bring to This Role:

· Must be a self-starter with a demonstrated track record and the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.

· Ability to proactively support multiple initiatives is critical.

· Must have exceptional organization skills; ability to manage multiple calendars.

· Must be able to effectively prioritize critical tasks.

· Previous experience working with Concur and Ariba or similar software for expense reports and previous experience in setting up travel using corporate travel.

· Must possess solid communication skills to engage at multiple levels of the organization.

· Transparency and openness to collaboration

What you need to be successful:

· High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

· At least 6 years demonstrated success in an executive administrative support role supporting leaders in a corporate environment.

· Must be able to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment and exhibit a high level of integrity and discretion.

· Experience providing both written and verbal communications with executive leaders, their direct reports, with their internal/external contacts, and senior executive leadership.

· Experience managing emails, calendars, and schedules for leaders.

· Experience in travel planning and expense reporting.

· Extensive experience with Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.

NOTE: Bell/Textron Relocation Assistance is NOT available for this role.
