Executive Assistant (Part Time)
Insight Global
Job Description
Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying an Executive Assistant to support its CEO in a dynamic, early-stage AI-powered video platform startup. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings where priorities shift quickly and initiative is key. The EA will act as a true partner to the CEO, helping manage schedules, meetings, communications, and strategic projects.
This is not a traditional corporate EA role—it’s hands-on, tech-forward, and highly collaborative. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and energized by solving problems before they arise. You’ll work across teams, support high-impact initiatives, and help bring structure to the chaos of building something from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate occasional travel
• Screen and respond to internal/external communications on behalf of the CEO
• Prepare briefing materials for meetings, including sales and fundraising conversations
• Assist with project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
• Leverage AI tools and tech platforms to streamline workflows
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support light personal coordination tasks (e.g., reservations, online orders)
