Executive Assistant - Oral Healthcare
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Business Leader Oral Healthcare part of our Personal Health Business, as well as other executive leader(s) from the Oral Healthcare leadership team. You will be based at our head office in Amsterdam. **Your role:** + Perform independently and proactively the full range of administrative tasks, including screening incoming and outgoing correspondence, managing calendars, planning complex meetings, preparing meeting materials and minutes, and coordinating follow-up actions. + Manage all aspects of travel arrangements including visa applications, booking flights, accommodation and transportation, and related expense processing in compliance with company policy. + Create purchase orders, monitor related invoices, and assist with budget tracking. + Maintain a comprehensive overview of the Leadership Team’s (LT) holiday and absence schedules. + Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments, team members, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executives. + Assists in organizing high profile events, workshops, and conferences, as required by the Executive(s) including preparing necessary materials, ensuring technical setup, overseeing all logistical elements, liaising with senior stakeholder etc. to ensure that all aspects of the event are well-managed and meet participant expectations. **You're the right fit if:** + Minimum 10 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role within a dynamic, matrixed, and international environment. + You possess a High School Diploma or have completed Vocational Education. + Demonstrated ability to perform independently and proactively across a wide range of administrative responsibilities. + Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and procurement processes using tools such as **Microsoft Office 365** , **Workday** , and **Concur** . + Experience working in a global organization, managing multiple time zones and cultural contexts. + Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. + High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information. + Fluency in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
