Executive Assistant Job
This is a rare opportunity to become the trusted right hand to a global Principal—delivering seamless executive support, international travel management, and high-level gatekeeping across fast-moving business and lifestyle demands.

Duties:

Executive Support & Gatekeeping

Manage complex, fast-moving calendars across international time zones. Screen and prioritise communications, ensuring the Principal’s time is effectively protected. Build trusted relationships with hedge fund executives, family office staff, and UHNW intermediaries. Draft, review, and manage high-level correspondence, presentations, and documents on behalf of the Principal. Anticipate the Principal’s needs by proactively identifying priorities, challenges, and upcoming requirements. Undertake any additional duties required to ensure the smooth running of the Principal’s professional and personal affairs.

International Travel & Logistics

Arrange, manage, and often accompany the Principal on business travel, frequently for extended periods (1–2 months). Book commercial and private flights, coordinate itineraries, accommodation, protocol requirements, and security as needed. Travel ahead of the Principal where required to ensure smooth arrangements.

Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up

Prepare bilingual (Arabic & English) briefing notes, profiles, and contact summaries. Track introductions, commitments, and follow-up actions to ensure continuity.

Personal & Lifestyle Support

Provide discreet personal assistance to ensure seamless support across multiple time zones and regions. Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken). Minimum 5 years’ experience in a PA, coordinator, diplomatic, hospitality, or luxury concierge-style role. Fully travel-flexible, comfortable with extended trips of up to 1–2 months. UK passport or right to work. Lifestyle compatibility: not suitable for candidates with fixed commitments limiting travel. Well-presented, emotionally intelligent, and calm under pressure. Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to grow into a high-trust gatekeeping role.

Additional Information:

Hybrid London-based role with extensive international travel. Competitive salary package depending on experience and flexibility. This is a high-intensity role best suited to candidates with a global mindset and adaptable lifestyle.

DBS Required at offer stage.
