Location: Scotts Hill Medical Center Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Novant Health is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant III to provide strategic, high‑level administrative support to our leadership team at Scotts Hill Medical Center. In this essential role, you’ll help ensure operational excellence, safeguard sensitive information, and use technology to keep our team organized and efficient.
As a trusted partner to executive leadership, you won’t just support the work — you’ll help shape it. You’ll serve as a problem‑solver, a connector, and a critical contributor to our mission of delivering remarkable healthcare to the communities we serve.
What You’ll Do
+ Deliver comprehensive administrative and clerical support to department leaders.
+ Manage confidential information with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
+ Serve as a central resource for staff, coordinating priorities and maintaining smooth communication across the department.
+ Leverage technology to manage complex calendars, prepare high‑quality reports, and support both virtual and on‑site meetings.
+ Balance independent work with collaborative teamwork to keep processes running seamlessly.

+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
+ Experience: Three years of administrative support experience, required.
+ Licensure/Certification:
+ Communication: Creates an environment that supports and respects diversity to promote creative problem solving. Communicates the value of activities within the organization and community to gain cooperation and collaborative partnership.
+ Customer Service: Holds staff accountable for customer service standards and ensures service recovery when needed. Ensures staff responds to customers in a timely manner.

+ Digital Fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
+ Additional Skills (required):
