We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative functions. This role involves scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, taking dictation, composing memos, transcribing notes, and researching and creating presentations. You will generate reports, handle multiple projects, and prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports. Assisting with compiling and developing the annual budget may also be required.
Responsibilities
+ Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
+ Provide information to callers and take dictation.
+ Compose memos and transcribe notes.
+ Research and create presentations.
+ Generate reports and handle multiple projects.
+ Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.
+ Assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
+ Direct and lead the work of others when necessary.
Essential Skills
+ High school diploma with at least 5 years of experience in the field or a related area.
+ Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MAC computer experience.
+ Experience with executive support and calendar management.
+ Ability to mentor other EAs in navigating their roles and making decisions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience reporting to multiple VPs is preferred.
+ Mentoring skills to guide other Executive Assistants on how to present themselves professionally.
Work Environment
This position is fully onsite in Seattle. You will be part of a growing team with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
