Executive Assistant III
Hiring a Sr. Executive Assistant for a large tech company in Seattle! Job Description

The Executive Assistant III will perform a variety of administrative functions, including scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, and taking dictation. The role involves composing memos, transcribing notes, and researching and creating presentations. The Executive Assistant will generate reports, handle multiple projects, and prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports. The position may also assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.

ResponsibilitiesSchedule appointments and provide information to callers.Take dictation and compose memos.Transcribe notes and research to create presentations.Generate reports and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.Assist in compiling and developing the annual budget.Direct and lead the work of others as needed.Essential SkillsAt least 5 years of experience in administrative support and executive assistance.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with calendar management.Familiarity with MAC computers.Ability to plan and accomplish goals using experience and judgment.Ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks with creativity and latitude.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in mentoring other Executive Assistants.Experience reporting to multiple Vice Presidents is preferred.High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is not mandatory.Work Environment

The position is fully onsite in Seattle, within a growing team. There is potential for the role to become a full-time position based on performance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $39.00/hr.
