Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, highly organized, and creative Executive Assistant to provide support for potentially three leaders within a growing global team. This position requires the ability to work successfully within a team environment, build effective working relationships, maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization, and become the go-to person for support activities.
ResponsibilitiesProactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars.Manage complex calendars, scheduling requirements, and prioritize executive tasks and appointments according to their importance, urgency, and relevance.Act as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders.Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, both international and domestic.Participate in event planning and drive key team activities, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, and supply ordering.Collaborate with other executive assistants within the organization and throughout the broader AWS/AmSec team to drive best practices and cross-collaboration of efficiencies.Essential Skills5-7 years of executive support experience, at least at the Director level.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong calendar management skills.Administrative support and assistance expertise.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in executive support roles.Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.Work Environment
The role is fully onsite in Seattle, requiring attendance five days a week. The team is growing with potential for extension or conversion based on performance, providing a dynamic and collaborative work setting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
