Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support two Directors within the Demand Science Optimization team. This horizontal team collaborates broadly across Devices Services, requiring coordination with multiple VP offices and stakeholders throughout the organization. This role is crucial, demanding a strong focus on execution.

ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management and scheduling, prioritizing effectively amidst numerous information and requests.Ensure appropriate urgency is given to monitoring and tracking VP-level meetings and priorities.Manage travel and expenses along with all administrative support functions for the office.Document, follow up, and prepare for Directors' tasks and action items to ensure timely action on deliverables.Essential SkillsAbility to handle a high volume of tasks and projects with minimal guidance.Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to make smart, timely decisions.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.Professionalism in dealing with senior professionals.At least two years of college education is required, a bachelor's degree is preferred.6+ years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, senior VPs, or CEOs).Excellent PC skills, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience at Amazon is preferred.Customer obsession and the ability to deliver results.Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice.Work Environment

This position is based in Seattle and requires onsite presence at SEA41-DAY1. The work involves 70% calendar management and auditing, 20% employee engagement within the organization, and 10% handling general tasks or filing tickets. The role offers an opportunity to engage in a small organization focused on science modeling, sales forecasting, and product demand, with an AI-forward team. This environment allows you to learn more about the business's operational side and influence the organization from a smaller scale to a broader perspective.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr.
