Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support two Directors within the Demand Science Optimization team. This crucial position involves coordinating with multiple VP offices and stakeholders across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring strong focus and execution in this area.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendar scheduling, prioritizing tasks effectively amidst a high volume of information and requests.Monitor and track VP-level meetings and priorities, ensuring an appropriate level of urgency is given.Oversee travel arrangements and expense management.Provide comprehensive administrative support for the office.Document and follow up on multiple tasks and action items, ensuring timely action on deliverables.Prepare Directors for meetings and engagements, ensuring all necessary materials and information are ready.Essential Skills
Impeccable attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to make smart and timely decisions.React with appropriate urgency to situations requiring quick response.High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.Professionalism in dealing with experienced professionals.At least 3+ of experience supporting high-level management (VPs, experienced VPs, or CEOs).Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least two years of college required.Experience in a high-volume role with high-level executives.Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice.Customer obsession and the ability to deliver results.Work Environment
This role is based onsite in Seattle. The role includes 70% calendar management and auditing, 20% employee engagement within the organization, and 10% general task management. You will work within a small organization that focuses on science models and forecast sales, and you'll have the opportunity to learn about business operations and influence the organization from a smaller scale to a broader perspective.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr.
