Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant. This pivotal role requires a strong focus on execution and involves managing a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management and scheduling. The successful candidate will effectively prioritize amidst numerous requests, ensure an appropriate level of urgency, monitor and track Director meetings, and manage emails, sometimes acting as a proxy. The role also involves managing extensive domestic and international travel and expenses, as well as organizing team events and town halls.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple directors.Prioritize tasks and handle a high volume of requests with appropriate urgency.Monitor and track Director meetings and priorities.Act as a proxy for Directors when necessary.Manage extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa processing.Organize team events and town halls.Handle expenses, ideally with experience in Concur.Essential Skills
At least 5 years of experience supporting senior management.Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.Impeccable attention to detail and ability to make smart, timely decisions.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and events requiring quick response or turnaround.High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but at least two years of college is required.Experience in event planning.Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency.Work Environment
This position is fully on-site in Seattle, operating generally from 9 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility required for later events or meetings. The role requires a 40-hour workweek with no overtime option. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
