What We Offer Executive Assistant II 📍 Location:Charlotte, NC | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 Administrative & Project Support Novant Health is hiring a Executive Assistant II to support senior leadership at the SVP and EVP levels for the Heart & Vascular Administration Team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of departmental functions and provides both administrative, project, and clerical support—either independently or as part of a collaborative team. What You’ll Do: + Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for senior executives + Coordinate departmental activities and ensure efficient workflow + Serve as a resource to staff, supporting internal operations and initiatives + Tracking and following up on project deliverables + Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions What We're Looking for: + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. + Experience: Three years of administrative support experience, required. + Licensure/Certification: + Communication: Creates an environment that supports and respects diversity to promote creative problem solving.
