Location: Hybrid - Woonsocket, RI (Tues/Wed on-site; Mon/Thurs/Fri remote)Job Type: ContractSchedule: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM prefer Compensation Range: $20 - 25 per hourWe are seeking a proactive Administrative Coordinator to be the backbone of our department, ensuring seamless and efficient office operations. You will be the primary liaison, serving as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining clear and professional communication.This critical role involves managing a broad range of responsibilities, from providing executive-level support to senior management and individual contributors to handling sensitive financial records, budget balances, payroll, and compliance-related documentation. You will regularly research, collect, and compile data for essential departmental reports and presentations. Beyond managing day-to-day tasks, we look to you to identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency, playing a direct role in enhancing how our team operates. Coordinate and manage complex administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Research, collect, and compile data for departmental reports and presentations.
Handle confidential files, financial records, and compliance-related documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Manage departmental expenditures, budget balances, payroll, and other financial records.
Support performance evaluation processes and ensure compliance with policies.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
Provide executive-level support to senior management and senior individual contributors.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional experience, ideally as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Bachelor's degree preferred (or specialized training/relevant professional qualifications).
Experience supporting marketing, pharmacy, or healthcare delivery teams is a plus.
