Our Filtration and Separation teams provide specialized filtration solutions across various sectors, including filters for bioprocessing, industrial applications and membranes for OEM. By serving industries such as biopharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and commercial water applications, our technology empowers customers and colleagues to make an impact on public health and well-being.

Location: On-site in Waltham, MA. Relocation assistance is NOT provided.

As the Executive Assistant within our Filtration & Separation Division, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the President and two Vice Presidents, driving our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively while proactively anticipating needs.


In this key position, you'll serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, managing complex administrative functions that enable our leaders to focus on strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing high-level support by effectively managing calendars, coordinating global travel, and organizing meetings and eventsHandling confidential information with the utmost discretionAnticipating needs, offering solutions, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple time zones and business unitsManaging complex schedules and preparing professional communications and presentationsProcessing expenses and completing special projectsBuilding strong relationships across all levels of the organizationYour excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities will be essential in this role. You'll maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality while supporting the department's objectives.

Education 

HS Diploma required; Associate degree preferred

Experience & Skills 

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication abilities with excellent attention to detailProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgmentStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple prioritiesExperience coordinating complex international travel and managing detailed logisticsAbility to work independently and identify/resolve issuesExceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of the organizationDemonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours when neededAbility to collaborate effectively in a global, matrix environmentProficiency with expense management systems and virtual meeting platformsStrong problem-solving capabilities and project management skillsProfessional communication style and presence

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $90,000.00–$110,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
