Executive Support & Calendar Management
•\tOwn and manage the CEO’s calendar with accuracy, urgency, and sound judgment
•\tSchedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and ensure the CEO’s time is protected and prioritized
•\tManage inbox communications and coordinate timely follow-up when needed
Travel & Event Coordination
•\tPlan and coordinate complex travel arrangements
•\tSupport preparation for conferences, company events, and leadership meetings
•\tEnsure itineraries, materials, and logistics are organized and seamless
Communication & Coordination
•\tServe as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, leaders, and external partners
•\tDraft and prepare professional communications, memos, and correspondence
•\tSupport cross-department collaboration and ensure alignment on key priorities
Projects & Executive Deliverables
•\tTrack and follow through on executive projects to ensure deadlines are met
•\tAssist with business reporting, document preparation, and presentation materials
•\tConduct research and light data analysis to support decision-making
•\tPrepare agendas, timelines, and supporting documents for executive and leadership meetings
Confidentiality & Professionalism
•\tHandle sensitive matters with discretion, maturity, and impeccable integrity
•\tMaintain high standards of professionalism in every interaction

What You’ll Do
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll serve as a key partner in maximizing executive efficiency, managing priorities, and ensuring the CEO is fully supported across daily operations and strategic initiatives.

This is a Contract position based out of Roanoke, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr.
