Your Responsibilities:

Manage calendars and travel for senior leaders, including the Chief Clinical Officer & Head of Digital Health (APAC), the VP Global HR Country Partnering, and selected Clinical Affairs team membersArrange flights, visas, itineraries, and coordinate travel logistics with overseas colleagues and external partnersSubmit expense claims on time and provide day‑to‑day administrative and secretarial supportProactively assist team members, stay up to date with internal systems, and manage visitor access while maintaining professional customer serviceLead the planning and coordination of Clinical Affairs events in collaboration with the Chief Clinical Officer and the planning committeeDefine event objectives, timelines, scope, and budgets, and obtain necessary onboarding, compliance, and legal approvalsNegotiate with vendors and oversee logistics such as venue selection, room set‑up, accommodation, and transfersConduct on‑site checks and resolve issues quickly and effectively during events

Your Profile:

Diploma or secretarial qualifications, with 3–5 years of relevant experienceStrong English skills (written and spoken), a second language is an advantageAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookStrong in prioritizing, planning, organizing, and executing tasksProfessional, customer‑oriented, and an effective communicator with strong verbal and written skillsProactive, detail‑oriented, mature, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretionCollaborative, willing to learn, and equipped with strong interpersonal skillsAble to work independently, take initiative, stay well‑organized, and deliver results
