The WelbeHealth Executive Assistant provides key administrative coordination and logistics support to the team of Executives and facilitates communication between team members and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant’s specific duties will vary based upon the supervisor’s scope, but may include scheduling, meeting coordination, and assisting with special projects. 

This Executive assistant will be supporting our CPO and our EVP, Corporate Strategy & Services.

Essential Job Duties:

Provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Team including: Drafting written communication as requested Handling travel and expenses Coordinating schedules Taking and maintaining meeting minutes Planning and coordinating logistics related to on-site tours and events Communicate with external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership team which could include vendors, elected officials, regulators, board members, quality improvement Greet and interact with community partners and visitors in a warm and courteous manner, creating a welcoming environment Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information  about team members, participants, and families Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner Follow WelbeHealth policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training and meetings

Job Requirements:

Associates degree; two (2) years of executive-level administrative experience may be substituted in lieu of education Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting multiple executives as an Administrative or Executive Assistant Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office (high-level knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams & SharePoint preferred) Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends Must be willing to travel at least once a quarter Highly motivated, self-directed, pro-active, able to execute tasks in a quickly changing environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations, strong customer service orientation
