As the Executive Assistant to the CEO and President, you will provide high-level administrative support, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including executives, Board members, media, and government representatives. In this role, you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, screen calls and visitors, and arrange complex domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless support for the CEO and President.

This is a regular retiree PRN position, with caregivers working days between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., averaging 8–10 hours every other month, with additional hours as needed.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

Provide administrative support for Chief Executive Officer and President.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies pertaining to the Chief Executive Officer and President.

Receive and screen visitors while answering telephone calls then use independent judgment to determine priority and sensitivity of inquiries and responses.

Manage media, government, and external inquiries for the Chief Executive Officer and President.

Prepare and/or supervise the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports and other written communications.

Maintain assigned calendar(s).

Schedule and coordinate; meetings, conferences, special events, and appointments.

Arrange complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans and itineraries.

Complete expense reimbursement reports.

Originate, prepare, process and edit personnel, financial or operational reports and documents.

Source and communicate with external vendors for special projects as indicated by the Chief Executive Officer and President.

Provide basic floor coverage and assist at the reception desk.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

High School Diploma or GED 

Five years of office or clerical experience

Ability to maintain complete discretion and confidentiality

Organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Strong computer skills

Ability to make complex travel arrangements

May require a minimum typing proficiency of 65 WPM with accuracy

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Business School certificate or Bachelor’s degree

Specialized training in desktop office software

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment, as required.
