What You'll Do
You will represent BCG to all internal and external contacts in a manner consistent with BCG’s value statement. This means taking full responsibility for the maintenance of a demanding schedule, providing administrative support to MDPs (Managing Director and Partners), Partners, Directors.

What You'll Bring
3/4 years administrative/secretarial experience;Excellent skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel;Excellent communication skills (written and oral) both in Uzbek, Russian and English;Positive attitude, confident and friendly personality;Professional approach, proactiveness, and good organization skills;Ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential material and information appropriately;Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients;Ability to act autonomously and respond to situations/communications appropriately;University degree is a plus.Who You'll Work With
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
