As part of this bold vision, we’re seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Senior Executive Leader.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Executive Calendar & Daily Operations Management

Manage daily calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and priority activities.Work closely with the driver to align transportation and routes with the daily agenda.

Domestic & International Travel Coordination

Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary preparation.Ensure all arrangements are efficient, cost‑effective, compliant with policy, and aligned with business needs.

Executive Visits & Hospitality Arrangements

Manage end‑to‑end logistics for visiting senior executives, including agenda planning, venue coordination, meeting room readiness, transportation, and hospitality.Curate welcome kits, greeting cards, and culturally appropriate items to elevate visitor experience.

Expense & Financial Administration

Handle all T&E submissions for the Management Executive.Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strict adherence to company policies.

Executive Integration & Local Support

Support in navigating day‑to‑day administrative needs in Taiwan, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams, vendors, and local partners.Proactively anticipate operational or logistical challenges and provide practical, culturally aware solutions to ensure seamless executive routines.

Cross‑Functional Coordination & Internal Meeting Support

Coordinate lunch orders and hospitality needs for internal meetingsCollaborate closely across internal teams to ensure preparation, follow‑up, and communications are executed flawlessly.Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

University degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in senior administrative support within dynamic, fast‑paced environments.Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and tight timelines with composure and sound judgment.Strong track record of anticipating executive needs, solving logistical challenges, and ensuring seamless daily operations.Agility & Adaptability: Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment; able to adjust priorities with confidence.Proactive Planning: Anticipates needs in advance and takes initiative with minimal direction.Communication: Clear, professional communication in both English and Mandarin; culturally aware and effective in diverse settings.Discretion & Judgment: Handles sensitive information with integrity and impeccable professionalism.Problem‑Solving: Resourceful and solutions‑oriented, especially in logistical or time‑critical scenarios.
