The Executive Assistant provides high‑level support to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of executive and legal functions. This role is responsible for managing complex scheduling, travel, and documentation needs while supporting compliance initiatives and facilitating communication across departments and external partners. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in enabling organizational efficiency and supporting strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.Draft, review, and edit contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.Support compliance initiatives, including regulatory filings and corporate governance documentation.Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for executive and board meetings.Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.Assist the CEO in prioritizing initiatives and tracking progress on key projects.Conduct research and prepare summaries to support executive decision‑making.Coordinate communication between departments, external partners, and legal counsel.Support development of board materials and executive‑level reports.Organize and manage logistics for executive meetings, conferences, and events.Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, including legal and compliance documents.Process expense reports and assist with budgeting for the executive office.Ensure timely follow‑up on action items and commitments.Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in scientific, technical, or legal industriesExperience in contract review, compliance, or corporate governanceAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing prioritiesProfessional demeanor with strong interpersonal skillsProactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they ariseAdaptable and resourceful in a dynamic, growth-oriented environmentStrong sense of confidentiality and integrityCollaborative mindset with a service-oriented approachWork Environment
The position will require you to be onsite when the CEO is present, following his schedule. This role offers a collaborative environment with good PTO, supporting a dynamic and growth-oriented workplace.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Suwanee, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.27/hr.
