POSITION DETAILS 1.1. Position: Executive Assistant
1.2. Location: Riyadh Head office
2. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2.1. Specialty:
Expertise in providing administrative support to executives and managing office functions.
2.2. Education Degree:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2.3. Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role. 3. RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES 3.1. Primary Functions: Maintain the executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, and conferences. Attend meetings and take accurate minutes. Receive and screen phone calls, redirecting them as necessary. Handle and prioritize all correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.). Arrange travel for executives. Manage confidential documents to ensure their security. Prepare invoices or financial statements and assist with bookkeeping tasks. Monitor office supplies and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective orders. Maintain organized electronic and paper records for easy accessibility. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
3.2. Authorities:
As per company policies. 3.3. Technical Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
4. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS Proven experience as an executive secretary. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
