**What you’ll do:**
Seeking a professional individual who can translate strategic direction into executable plans and help in their implementation. To drive Projects in a seamless manner through various stakeholders across the entity. Has the ability to influence stakeholders to attain the required strategic objectives. Employ functional practices, management precedents, and professional standards to make decisions of a tactical variety.
"Will help to seamlessly drive projects, coordinate across stakeholders, and support strategic decision-making.
Will assist in budget preparation,
1. Project Management & Coordination:
Will monitor progress of various projects across multiple areas involving multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Influence and align stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
Monitor ongoing projects, track progress, and provide regular updates to the MD.
Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the entity requirements,
2. Decision Support
Coordinate with stakeholders to deploy functional practices and professional standards.
Provide inputs and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
3.Meeting & Calendar Management
Organize and manage the MD’s calendar efficiently.
Ensure stakeholders are well-prepared for meetings and discussions.
Facilitate effective meeting outcomes by driving agendas and follow-ups.
4. Cross-Organizational Collaboration
Build strong connections with Executive Assistants of CEOs across different organizations.
Support collaboration and communication at leadership levels.
5. Brand Building & Communication
Assist in enhancing the organization’s brand image through professional social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn posts).
Prepare impactful presentations and convert ideas into visually compelling formats.
Represent data effectively for leadership communication.
Ready to Travel 30% of time across locations"
**Qualifications:**
Qualification: BE/BTECH in Electrical/ Electronics else EEE (MBA is optional) but preferred
Min 10-12 years of work experience is preferred
**Skills:**
"Product knowledge in PQ & PD is desirable
