What You’ll Do: Deliver White-Glove Service: Provide high-touch support to VP+ candidates, ensuring every interaction is professional and personalized.Own the Process: Coordinate complex interview schedules, executive assessments, and global travel logistics with precision.Be the Go-To Expert: Act as a Talent Ambassador, liaising between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to guarantee a seamless experience.Drive Operational Excellence: Track and manage all logistics for executive recruitment projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Support Pre-Boarding: Initiate background checks, drug screens, and employment verifications while partnering with Global Mobility and Immigration for smooth onboarding.Enhance the Experience: Identify process improvements to elevate candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.Collaborate Globally: Work across time zones and cultures, building strong relationships with executive leadership and their teams.What You Bring:Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience: 2+ years supporting executive-level talent across multiple time zones; 3+ years in HR Admin or Executive Support (Talent Acquisition experience preferred).Skills: Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.Mindset: Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and commitment to delivering excellence.Why You’ll Love It Here:Impact: Your work shapes the first impression of our future leaders.Exposure: Collaborate with C-Suite executives and global teams.Flexibility: Enjoy a hybrid schedule (50% remote, 50% onsite in Tampa).Growth: Opportunities to learn, innovate, and influence executive talent acquisition strategies.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $33.20/hr.
