We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the General Manager and MCO North Europe Lead, a high-impact role that requires a proactive leader with exceptional multitasking abilities who can operate with autonomy, coordinate across multiple teams, and drive initiatives that support executive priorities and regional operations across North Europe.

Main responsibilities:

Manage complex calendar coordination, scheduling, and international travel arrangementsHandle confidential correspondence with senior stakeholders across the organizationAct as trusted liaison between executive leadership and cross-functional teamsCoordinate regional activities and initiativesLead planning and execution of high-level meetings, events, and employee engagement activitiesDrive operational excellence and process improvements across administrative functionsChallenge existing ways of working leveraging and propose innovative solutions for leveraging AI tools.Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues supporting regional operations

About you

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceSubstantial relevant experience in executive assistance in complex, matrixed organizationsIntellectual curiosity and eagerness to understand business beyond administrative functionsStrategic leadership mindset with ability to see the bigger picture and anticipate needsHigh emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trustExceptional ability to influence without direct authority and build collaborative relationshipsOutstanding organizational abilities with capacity to manage competing prioritiesStrong communication skills at all organizational levelsProblem-solving orientation with flexibility and sound judgmentGrowth mindset with enthusiasm for learning, openness to feedback, and ability to learn from challengesChange agent mentality with courage to challenge established processesCan-do attitude with proactive approach to finding solutionsCultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in international environmentsDiscretion and integrity in handling confidential informationFluency in English; additional European languages a plusMastered proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
