Position Summary...

What you'll do...Position Summary This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to the senior leader of Customer Engagement Services, Support, and Operations. The Executive Assistant ensures the leader’s time, priorities, and communications are managed effectively across a fast-paced, highly visible organization. The role requires strong judgment, organizational excellence, and communication skills to coordinate across multiple business areas, anticipate needs, and maintain the leader’s focus on strategic priorities. Essential Functions An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation. Coordinates and manages executive operations, calendars, and key business rhythms (e.g., leadership meetings, reviews, offsites, and enterprise engagement forums); ensures alignment with strategic priorities.Serves as a liaison between the Senior Leader, leadership team, associates, and external stakeholders; ensures clarity of communication, timely follow-up, and alignment across teams.Prepares and edits materials including communications, presentations, talking points, and reports that reflect the Senior Leader’ tone and priorities.Maintains confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business information, personnel matters, and enterprise initiatives.Monitors and organizes the flow of information across business units; tracks deliverables and ensures deadlines are met.Coordinates projects and events by identifying resources, managing logistics, and optimizing cost and efficiency.Provides and supports business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying needs, and improving processes.Handles administrative aspects of calendar and meeting management with minimal supervision; anticipates pre-meeting requirements and priorities.Prepares and reconciles expense reports, monitors budgets, and ensures accuracy and confidentiality in financial data management.Mentors and partners with other administrative assistants; shares best practices and ensures consistent execution across teams.Demonstrates and promotes compliance with company policies, values, and ethical standards in all actions and communications. Entry Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience supporting senior executives
OR5 years of equivalent experience providing executive-level administrative support Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years’ experience supporting a VP or C-suite executive in a large, matrixed organization (Fortune 100 preferred)Demonstrated success managing confidential workflows and high-volume operations across multiple time zonesAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and virtual collaboration tools At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
