Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support two senior directors. This role is crucial for our team, requiring a strong focus on execution. The position involves managing a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management and scheduling, prioritizing requests, monitoring directors' meetings and emails, managing travel and expenses, and providing comprehensive administrative support.
Responsibilities
Provide busy calendar support for two senior directors.Manage travel arrangements and expense reconciliation.Support live events, including Thursday Night Football.Order and deliver hardware and lunches as needed.Act as a proxy for directors, ensuring timely action on deliverables.Handle documentation and follow-up on multiple tasks and action items.Essential Skills
Proficient in Outlook calendar management.Experience in expense reconciliation.Strong organizational skills.Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Additional Skills & Qualifications
3-5+ years of recent executive assistant experience.Experience in large tech corporations is a plus.Experience with our client is a nice-to-have.Bachelors degree preferredWork Environment
This is an onsite position in Seattle, working Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week. The work environment is dynamic and innovative, with cutting-edge technology and a team of intelligent and fun individuals. You will be part of a vibrant team in the creative space, where you will manage calendars, support events, and assist with travel arrangements and expense reconciliation.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington. Will be onsite 100% M-F.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
