Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our executive team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who ensures smooth day-to-day operations and helps drive organizational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Calendar & Schedule Management:**
+ Coordinate and maintain complex calendars
+ Schedule meetings, appointments, and events across time zones
+ Send reminders and prepare executives for upcoming engagements
**Travel & Logistics Coordination:**
+ Assist with domestic and international commercial travel for executives
+ Proactively monitor travel of Executive Committee (ExCo) members visiting North America
+ Manage charter flight scheduling and logistics
+ Prepare detailed itineraries and manage expense reports
**Communication & Correspondence:**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
+ Handle confidential information with discretion
**Meeting & Event Coordination:**
+ Coordinate leadership team (Lt) meetings and events
+ Support logistics and planning for internal and external engagements
**Qualifications**
+ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
+ High level of professionalism and confidentiality
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
