Executive Assistant
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a seasoned Executive Administrative Assistant to support leadership for a client in the San Diego, CA area. This role requires expert time and resource management, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while managing competing priorities. Responsibilities include answering calls, preparing reports, issuing documents in compliance with departmental and legal standards, organizing complex meetings, and training sessions, and arranging detailed travel plans. The assistant works independently, often modifying processes to improve efficiency, and may serve as a resource for less experienced team members. This position does not include supervisory duties. Skills and Requirements High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred At least 3 years supporting executive leadership in a corporate environment Full calendar ownership: proactively manage and protect executive time Understand executive cadence to build in breaks, meals, and buffer time. Prevent overbooking and ensure time for strategic thinking Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and executive engagements Manage complex travel arrangements, including booking airfare and hotels Prepare for financial meetings by identifying them on the calendar and pulling relevant financials/details for Executives preparation. Must be able to work across other departments such as HR and IT to support onboarding
