Executive Assistant
One of our major oil and gas clients is seeking an Executive Assistant to work on a 12 - month assignment in their facilities in Houston, TX.

Overview:
Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information.
Responsibilities:
  Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Maintain and organize files, databases, and records in compliance with company standards. Process invoices, expense reports, and procurement requests. Support various project/workshop/event needs, document control, and compliance reporting. Assist with onboarding and general administrative support for staff. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed.
Requirements:
  High School diploma. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowertPoint) required.  Experience with SAP is a plus. Willingness to learn new software applications. Strong administrative coordination abilities. Customer service experience. Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.
