Description We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support while managing essential human resources functions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a keen ability to handle sensitive information. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries to ensure seamless scheduling.
• Oversee HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining accurate personnel records.
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, fostering clear communication and efficient workflow.
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality, providing support as needed.
• Administer benefit programs, ensuring employees receive accurate information and assistance.
• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain and update employee data, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
• Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and other organizational activities.
• Monitor and manage office supplies and resources to maintain an efficient work environment.
• Support special projects and initiatives as directed by leadership. Requirements • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems and other office management software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with onboarding processes and maintaining personnel records.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
